Note to Post: So Why did Mark Neuman get so Loose Lipped on March 7th?
Well First of all I emailed him and told him what I thought of him. As we gave him a year to come clean and he would not and he was abusing and controlling his daughter in the mean time.
Also in my email to him I told he was not fooling anybody, and I knew he had assets hidden, and I told him I thought he was guilty...
He took this and tried to contain the situation.. by putting more guilt trips and pressure on his Daughter, Bankruptcy Whistleblower Stephanie DeYoung. She fought back and laid trips herself on Daddy, to get him to do the right thing and find redemption.
See come March 7th 2010, Something else had also happened - On March 4th 2010 The Bend Bulletin Headlines Read - "Settlement Reached in Summit Bankruptcy" - "Defunct company's four principals agree to pay $16.8M in damages; deal is expected to benefit creditors"
Mark Neuman then thought his Hidden Millions were Safe.
And through our blogs exposing the summit side of the Bankrtupcy Mark Neuman thought we were on his "Side" and that Indictment was not an option, nor could be proved.
See with Stephanie Studebaker-Deyoung's FBI interview coming up, and the Settlement behind him, Mark Neuman was feeling pretty strong in his White Collar Crime Cover up or this in his words "I'm comfortable with where I'm at at this moment" - He decided to STOP her Truth Talk and to stop the nonsense of her wanting to be an Investigative Blogger and to work on the Right Side of the Moral Compass. So he guilt tripped her, fed her head full of lies about Me and did all he could to dis-connect us .. so we would not keep yapping the Truth.
She Refused to STOP talking to me, working with me..OR to Turn on Me.. and between March 7th, 2010 and March 19th, 2010, the Day of the FBI interview, things were building to quiet a "Shit Storm" .
Mark Neuman contained his Rage, his Dominating - Controlling Powers he had over his daughter best he could -For he knew what She Had on him and did not want to piss her off to much as her FBI interview was no where in site..
So around March 14th 2009 - Stephanie DeYoung had taken ENOUGH from her Asshole - Domineering, White Collar Criminal Father and She had Kept the Summit 1031 Secret Festering in her for Far to Long. SO she Herself (check the record it is FACT), she herself Called the FBI and initiated her Own FBI interview.
Now those next 5 days she tried to convince her dad to "Come Clean" - she tried to tell him to Let Go and that his True Story was his True Redemption.
Stephanie Deyoung said to Mark Neuman:
"This is how you will live free." -
"There comes a time when you have to make a choice."
Those 5 days were Hell for Stephanie Studebaker-Deyoung for without convincing Mark Neuman to come clean she was tormented by Guilt, and Love over her own father... She wanted him to turn in the others and save himself, and if not she would have to Expose them all to the Best she knew of the Criminal Activities of Summit Accommodators Inc., Inland Capital and ALL 4 of the Summit 1031 Principles.
She had to do this to Help the Creditors, To Really be of the Truth Talking she had come to love and to save the quality of life of her 3 sons, whom she loved more and wanted to protect more then her own father.
The day of the FBI interview arrived, March 19th, 2010 - Stephanie had planned to tell them EVERYTHING she knew and what she suspected.. .. It was the Reason She initiated her Own FBI interview... HOWEVER.. Mark Neuman got to her first with Sick and Shocking threats that she did not know he had the power to follow through on. And those threats brought her in line.. Bought her Voice for that day..
Mark Neuman Threatened his Bankruptcy Whistleblower Daughter Stephanie DeYoung that he would Hospitalize her, make her look Crazy and they would take her kids and she would see none of that money.. as he would Easily take over her business, and she would rot away without the "Voice" she had come to love..
See in Prison Stephanie would have a voice, make a call now and then, use the internet, talk to gaurds - cell mates or Cut a Deal.. and in the Nut House she Can't do that and has no True - Legal - Voice - So there you have it the Way to Silence a Whistleblower. Of course you have to marry her first.. and get her to Love You...
Mark Neuman followed through on his Threat to Bankruptcy Whistleblower Stephanie Studebaker-Deyoung. She Still Remains Silent.
See.. Days after the FBI interview was over and she did not tell on Daddy - Summit 1031 Principle Mark Neuman (as Planned) - See the FBI said she herself WAS guilty of Money Laundering... and Mark Neuman well he could care less as long as he was ok.
So you see her FBI interview was over, there was some settlement agreement with Obsidian Finance, and well Summit 1031 Mark Neuman felt that there would be no way for an indictment now - so he Took the Reigns of his Life back.
However, to make sure that his White Collar Crimes and Secret Millions did not get Exposed on "Mad Dog Blogger" Crystal L. Cox's Whistleblower Blogs - he turned on Crystal L. Cox - Stopped Kissing her Ass and Took Control of his Daughters "Mouth" - her "Voice".
He Demanded She Stop Talking to Me...
SEE She Stood Up to her Asshole Father Mark Neuman and Said I will Call the FBI back and tell the TRUTH .. he said.. Oh Really .. we will just see about that..
Next thing I Hear...
Stephanie DeYoung Roared out of her Own Office Pissed at Daddy for Controlling her and Pissed at Daddy for being unwilling for the Redemption of telling the "Whole Truth and Nothing but the Truth" - she was on what she called a "Spirit Walk" to try and decide what to do next, she was Tormentingly Angry, for she so Desperately wanted her dad on her Truth Ship and to Not Go to Prison but instead to stand and Fight Corruption with her and with her Friend Crystal L. Cox - Investigative Blogger.
She had decided on that walk to Indeed Turn in Her own Flesh and Blood to Give Him Redemption and Give Justice to the Creditors.
Stephanie Studebaker-Deyoung told me on her "Spirit Walk" as YES she called me even then, she told me she was going to Call the FBI back and add to her interview for she was Not Afraid of her Father Anymore...
Thing is Her Husband or Father picked her up on that Walk and she was never heard from again.. So 3 weeks of calling me 2 to 4 times a day, on the phone with me hours a day.. and after a year of on and off talking to me and constant connection on this Bankruptcy Corruption and our growing friendship.. AND then NOTHING.. she disappears. Silenced for her Own Good..
So.. How did Mark Neuman Convince the Family she was Crazy?
Well in the days leading up to the FBI interview. See .. her joy in god and reading the Wild Goose and the Shack, and her coming to Love the Truth and wanting Redemption for the Creditors, her feeling of violation by the courts and the attorneys, of feeling as though she was standing alone in defending summit and taking the fall for every little thing at ever turn in the road.. she had become very angry and VERY Vocal about it..
She had built a Relationship with god, and she was Extremely Vocal about that as well and in every aspect that comes with such amazing spiritual revelations, and in that she fully intended on helping the creditors..
SO if you were not knowing what was happening you may think she was .. well.. "Off her Rocker" as her Mother told me... the Truth is she was Frustrated, Angry and Fighting to do the Right thing in a Messed up World, Against a Wall of Corruption and Fighting the "Code of Silence" pact that the Summit 1031 Principles have. .. and afraid of the Consequences of telling the TRUTH on herself... her Own Father..
See the Family that really love Stephanie was not around during all this, not there fault - we all have our own lives.. it just means they could not possible know what she was going through.. including her husband as this played out while he was away at work in Hawaii.. so he really has no right to Judge what REALLY went on for he does not really know.. and did not respect his wife enough to Listen to her TRUTH..
Though We now know that Bret DeYoung, the Husband has plenty of Secrets as well for Stephanie DeYoung may have been cooking the books on his business for years and years and having an affair with her while they were both married to other people... the Secrets, Betrayals and Deception run VERY Deep.. his Motive is Now Clear to Me.
One Oddity about that Settlement Headline..
After 15 months of Headlines, Breaking News and stories being sent to me by Mark Neuman - Summit 1031 Principle or Stephanie Studebaker-Deyoung - Bankruptcy Whistleblower.. well this one seemed to slip BOTH of their minds..
Now this Settlement is a HUGE story and was something that Stephanie Studebaker-Deyoung discussed with me about or really even mention. Why? I mean she had told me so much and shared so much, why not the details of that ?
My guess is Daddy had something on her, threatened her... for she was talking to me Hours a day, the 3 weeks surrounding her FBI interview... So she had been silenced before her "Hospitalization" for her OWN good.. which is a Flat Out Lie, I spoke with her and have Voicemail just before they took her.. Stephanie Studebaker-Deyoung family was manipulated by Mark Neuman - Summit 1031 Principle and by Bret DeYoung - Stephanie's New Husband for they had too many Secrets, Truths.. and well too much at stake to take a chance on Stephanie Studebaker-Deyoung talking to me - Crystal L.
