yes the 1031 Exchange Industry is Not Regulated and well If you Do a 1031 you had better watch your money every second.. in fact don't DO IT.. you can use a Friend or Other 3rd Party under the 1031 Tax Code Right? So why not do that. .why let some company get 180 days of Interest on your money and do as they please in an industry that is unRegulated..
Yes it may have been "Legal" to blatantly use your money for whatever investment that Summit felt they should.. and well just as in Real Estate .. the game is in place so you do business within those guidelines.. I get it. . Have been there Myself..

See they check the Title in the Beginning when the Buy Sell is Mutual Signed and Sent to them, and then they want YOU to pay for another insurance so 2 weeks or 2 months later when the deal actually closes they can look again to make sure no liens were put on the property during escrow.. Hiding Assets - Bankruptcy Corruption - Hiding Money in Retirement Funds.. a Standard of Practice.
In a Time when there is a war on standards of practice and politicians are rallying to try and be what the people want them to be ... what we have is an entire society ready for the "Bankster" Class to not get so many privileges and rights with their money and their lives....
Rules - Laws that allow for hiding money in retirement funds that are some how exempt from bankruptcy is fraud on the American People. And yet companies like Enron do not have to honor retirement funds of workers but they themselves had millions.. and we all now know from the iViewit Technologies stolen patent that the reason Enron collapsed is the mess and corruption that Proskauer Rose created over the Stolen Technology and the Enron investments into this technology... and yet those law firms that ruined those lives and the executive.. well they hid plenty of money for themselves..
Many states.. many different laws and even in different countries is major opportunity for companies like Enron and Like Summit Accommodators Inc. and Inland Capital Corp. to hide assets - property - cash - money in retirement funds - money in investments in other peoples names... and all along they were using your money to make that money and now you have lost everything and they are simply waiting out the indictment storm so they can go get their money and assets and live their "good life".

5 days ago Sage View - St. Charles Medical Center in Bend Oregon took the Phone and Internet away from Stephanie DeYoung again after letting her have it for a couple of days.
At that time Stephanie Requested she be moved to Salem Oregon, as she said she has a brother there and that she felt that the Mental Facility in Salem would not be discriminating against her and violating her Civil Rights as well as Oregon State Law.
